Thanks! Because of many Pine Lakers’ donations. we have surpassed our goal of funding Nita Towns’ bench and garden. The cost was $680.75 and we raised $764.25; we will use the extra funds to purchase dirt and supplies for the garden we will transplant and create in the autumn. We appreciate you honoring Nita with your donation and support.
Also, thanks to the many volunteers and attendees at our International Dinner who provided a great evening of food, fellowship, and a Broadway show at the Pine Lake Lounge.
Our PLAIN meeting is Thursday, September 15, 7:00 PM at the Beach House. Join us as we prepare for many of our fall events including LakeFest participation, Halloween Family Party, our upcoming breakfasts, and Lighting of Lake and Cookie exchange on December 3. Hope to see you there!
