Giving is what PLAIN is all about. Since 2017, we have focused on being a service-oriented organization whose mission is:
To foster the spirit of community within Pine Lake.
Pine Lake Association of Involved Neighbors recognizes the unique character of the Pine Lake community. We work toward these Goals:
- Support the continuing vitality of the Pine Lake community as it grows and develops with changes around us.
- Provide opportunities for our members to contribute to the community.
- Use the unique strength of the Pine Lake community to create positive change, in specific ways, in the broader community around us.
- Become a more integrated member of the central DeKalb County community.
Your gifts help us support this vision in several ways. Our Neighbors 2 Neighbors (N2N) program assists N’s that need immediate assistance. The Food Bank feeds families. Our assistance to Rockbridge Elementary School helps children in a Title 1 school with basic school supplies, coats in the winter, and teacher appreciation lunches. All of these projects need your help financially and by volunteering.
There are many ways you can donate; PayPal, send a check to PLAIN at PO Box 44, Pine Lake, GA 30072, or make a donation in person at one of our many events.
We hope you can help. Thank you.

Soulful Food Pantry of Love
In order to help promote the safety and security of our most vulnerable citizens, PLAIN has created a food bank to assist neighbors in need during times of uncertainty and unpredictability. If you need food assistance, or if you know of someone who needs assistance, please call 404-471- 0774 and/or email pinelakeresponse@gmail.com.
We are accepting food donations only on the first Saturday of the month, 9 am to 11 am at the Clubhouse. The types of donations that are acceptable are non-perishables. We are only accepting items that are packaged in plastic, glass, or metal so that they can be thoroughly disinfected before delivery. Please do not bring fresh, frozen, or cooked food.
