Breakfast, Artist Market, Cookie Exchange, and Lighting of the Lake

You are cordially invited to the monthly PLAIN breakfast and Artist Market tomorrow, December 2, from 8:30am to 10:30am at the Beach House.
Expect to see fiber arts, candles, gift boxes, jewelry, wood (burned and carved), oils, folk art and photography, all made by your neighbors. Artists will be set up on the front porch as you come in to the beach house and on the back porch overlooking the water. Come ready to peruse and shop! There is a possibility, not confirmed, that someone from the North Pole may visit.
Then later that day at 6-7:30 pm at the Beach House come to the Cookie Exchange and the city sponsored Lighting of the Lake!!

As per Lalah Manly: For the cookie exchange piece, bring 2-3 dozen homemade cookies to the beach house kitchen, and give them directly to a volunteer there (if you just set them down and walk away, we don’t know who to give a plate of cookies to at the end!). We’ll put some of them out for general consumption, and the rest will be distributed among all of those who also brought cookies. At the end of the evening, retrieve your cookie platter and a bag of assorted homemade cookies!

If baking is not your thing, no worries. Come be with your neighbors and eat some cookies set out for all to enjoy. Hot drinks will be available as well.
Hope to see you around tomorrow!
