2010 Chili and Soup Cook-Off!
Join us at 6 pm this Saturday, February 20, at the Beach House for PLAIN’s annual Chili and Soup Cook-Off!
This mouth watering event pits Pine Lake gourmands against one another as they vie for the best recipes in each category. It’s easy to be a part of this annual event. Simply bring a batch of your best chili or soup. In addition, please bring an empty muffin pan to hold the sample cups.
If you bring soup or chili you get to sample for free! Everyone will vote on the best soup or chili; prizes will be awarded! If you are not able to bring a dish, you can pay $5 admission to taste all you like.
Winning recipes will be featured in a future issue of PLAIN Talk!
